Responsibilities:
- Processing / authorization financial transactions execution upon Client’s Instructions for withdrawals, internal transfers, deposits while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Communications with banks, payment systems and internal divisions of the company;
- Communication with client’s managers in order to resolve customers’ inquiries/requests for deposits/withdrawals and other pending cases;
- Analyzing and interpreting payment data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in payment behavior;
- Search for new ideas and tools, as well as optimization of payment processes;
- Detection fraud and suspicious activities associated with payment processing;
- Participation in setting tasks for technical improvements and process automation.
- Degree in finance / economic;
- Experience of at least 2 years in the financial and technological industry;
- Knowledge of payment processing systems, payment methods, industry standards (e.g. SWIFT, SEPA);
- Previous experience in banking/brokerage companies will be an advantage;
- Attentiveness to details, analytical approach to job responsibilities;
- MS Excel at a high level;
- Fluency in Russian and English;
- Developed oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
