PHP Laravel Developer / Senior

We develop B2B e-commerce Marketplace focusing on Aviation spare parts, with a strong focus on innovation and Customer satisfaction.

Our platform Avia.trading is built on PHP Laravel (backend) + Vue.js (frontend).

As leading PHP Laravel Developer you will combine 2 roles: Leading PHP Developer and Team lead. Your role will involve management and control of the Team and on-time delivering high-quality code.

Additionally, as important member of Product team, you will play pivotal role in suggesting and implementing coding solutions, contributing to the overall enhancement of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop and optimize the platform using PHP and Laravel framework;
• Management of Developer’s team (5 FTE);
• Providing high-quality code on time;
• Integration of front-end elements (CSS, JS, Vue.js, Inertia.js) with server-side logic;
• Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications by performing rigorous testing and debugging;
• Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure smooth deployment of applications across different environments;
• Lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best coding practices;
• Provide timely development documentation;
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in backend development;
• JIRA management;
• Organizing and running key SCRUM communications: Daily, Retro, Demo, Planning, Grooming.

• PHP;
• Laravel. Deep expertise in web application development and Laravel’s ecosystem.;
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) approach;
• Basic front-end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JS, Vue.js, Inertia.js;
• Docker, CI/CD;
• RESTful API’s, including third-party service integration;
• MySQL or PostgreSQL;
• IDE: VS Code, PhpStorm;
• JIRA, Asana, YouTrack, Git, Confluence, Notion;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies;
• Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus will be plus
• Experience with AWS or Azure will be plus
