Duties and responsibilities:

1. Be guided by the provisions and instructions on the organization of accounting and tax accounting, the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rules for its maintenance, including the procedure for documenting and reflecting transactions in accounting accounts in accordance with the regulations on the financial department, accounting and tax policies and other regulations, company instructions and regulations.

2. Make timely calculations and transfers of wages, additional payments, taxes and fees, contributions to government and company employee funds.

3. Calculate wages and other necessary payments to employees in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in accordance with documents approved by the company. Perform necessary actions on company systems.

4. Participate in planning and preparing the employee’s salary budget. Organize the preparation of salary reviews through consulting companies.

5. Prepare necessary reports on wages and employee benefits for management.

6. Timely and fully correctly upload the data reflected in the ZUP into the accounting system, check the correctness and completeness of the upload, as well as the data reflected in the accounting accounts in the accounting system.

7. Accrue and deduct from employees’ salaries the amounts of mandatory pension contributions provided for by pension legislation, amounts of individual income tax, accrual of social tax, social contributions and other mandatory taxes, and contributions in accordance with tax legislation.

8. Submit monthly payroll statements for accrued wages by department for signature by the manager.

9. Generate tax reporting on taxes and payments, timely and in full submit it to the tax authorities within the time limits established by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

10.Provide employees with information on their income and taxes in a timely manner, withheld at the source of payment (payslips).

11. Prepare and submit statistical reports in a timely manner and other salary reports to the relevant authorities.

12. Provide timely assistance and provide information to the manager on accounting and reporting issues within his work area.

13. Providing timely assistance to inspectors and auditors in matters of receiving requests and requirements for the provision of necessary documents for conducting an inspection.

14. Monitor the safety of accounting documents and prepare them in in accordance with the established procedure for transfer to the archive.

15.Provide support to managers, auditors and others users of financial statements that are comparable and reliable accounting information for the relevant accounting area, after agreement with your immediate supervisor.

16.Participate in the development of a working chart of accounts, forms of primary documents, used for processing financial transactions for which there are no standard forms are provided, as well as document forms for internal accounting statements.

17.Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all documents, as well as store and not disclose information about all information and data received that became available to him in connection with the performance of his official powers.

18.Inform your immediate supervisor about any issues identified during the process. performance of official duties, inconsistencies and shortcomings.

19. Carry out other instructions of the manager not directly specified in this job description, in accordance with qualifications and position held.

20. Treat company property with care and economy, immediately report to management about theft or damage to property.

21. Constantly improve the level of your professional training and take part in training events.

Qualifications

-Experience HR Payroll Accountant position

- Language: English, intermediate level

- Competent Skills of 1 C ZUP, Excell, SAP

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Working conditions

  • This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
