Our Support Department is expanding, and we’re opening a Customer Support Specialist position. Aspiring inexperienced candidates are welcome, as your hunger for knowledge and growth is enough to ensure a bright future in our company.

What you will do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries

  • Collect customer feedback

  • Gather and analyze user information

  • Provide regular feedback on common issues

What you should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian

  • Ability to work on night/weekend/holiday shifts

  • Patience and an eye for detail

  • Solid knowledge of mobile app market

  • Ability to delve into tech details when necessary

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in relevant industries or call centers

  • Communication experience in American English

  • Knowledge of other languages
