Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.) to ensure clear communication and timely updatesMentor and guide a team of project managers, providing leadership and support to help them succeed.
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide progress updates and gather feedback.
- Implement and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Report on project performance using tools and techniques such as KPIs and risk analysis.
Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience (5+ years) in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in managing a team of project managers or cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management software (JIRA, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time under tight deadlines.
