Banuba is looking for a Customer Success Manager / Product Manager to strengthen the team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing a pool of clients, growing combined ARR and improving NRR. Ensure revenue growth;
  • Validate customer success criteria and build success cases with clients. Estimate and present results on client’s metrics, create case studies and best practices and apply them for every managed customer. Validate product adoption and customer engagement;
  • Perform customer development interviews and retrospectives to understand client success criteria and constantly measure the impact.Measure and improve customer satisfaction rate;
  • Manage renewal process and perform upsell of existing Banuba products and technologies to the clients basing on their success criteria;
  • Creating and validating At Risk Customer criteria and signals, perform health monitoring on a constant basis, preventing customer logo churn;
  • Collaborating with product team, sales team, delivery team and marketing team to ensure customer needs and requests are covered and inform on every new important updates and products for customer based on success criteria.


Requirements:

  • Product management experience of 1 year or more;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills;
  • Excellent soft-skills;
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
