COLIFE is a rental service for stylish apartments and rooms with 24/7 conсierge assistance.
Within four years, we have grown from a start-up to a large international company: we manage more than 650 facilities in Moscow, Dubai and Istanbul. 1800 people live in our apartments. This year we are launching the project in China and India, and by 2026 in 10 more countries.
We are currently looking for an Acquisition manager who is ready to take on the tasks of finding properties in order to sign them up for management in Hong Kong.
What you will do:
- Negotiating with apartment owners and their representatives (agents) in order to sign properties into management;
- Maintaining analytics of districts, prices for apartments;
- Entering information about each apartment and all stages of interaction with clients in the CRM-system;
- Transferring information about new properties and agreed terms to the relevant departments for further work.
We expect you to:
- Has been living in Hong Kong for one year or more;
- Possesses strong communication skills;
- Proficient in Cantonese and English at C1+ level;
- Has active experience in sales;
- Confident user of Google Sheets.
