FindIT is a professional HR Team successfully meeting our clients' needs in forming new teams.

Currently, we are shaping a new business direction for an international company in software development and comprehensive services for iGaming.

We are inviting a Head of Recruitment to join our HR team.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategy.
  • Building an efficient and productive recruitment team.
  • Introducing best practices and recruitment tools to achieve optimal results in talent acquisition.
  • Designing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Managing the hiring process at all stages: from sourcing candidates to their onboarding in the company.
  • Leading the recruitment team: training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Conducting labor market analysis and providing the company with up-to-date data on market salaries and hiring trends.
  • Implementing and managing recruitment automation systems (ATS, CRM).
  • Developing and implementing procedures to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborating with department heads to determine staffing needs.
  • Constantly monitoring and optimizing recruitment costs.
  • Maintaining recruitment department reports: time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment methods and tools, including unconventional approaches (X-Ray, Boolean Search).
  • Understanding of the IT market and requirements for various technical and management positions.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams and working with KPIs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Knowledge and experience using modern ATS/CRM systems.
  • Experience setting up recruitment processes in Jira or other systems.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
