We currently have an open position for a QA Automation Engineer on a CRM project (USA).

Project description:

Effective solutions for call centers. CRM system includes the following modules:

  • Quality control

  • Script designer

  • Outgoing call management system

The platform’s clients are Fortune 500 and come from a variety of industries including help desk, healthcare, financial services, education, and capital raising. Our company has qualified technical personnel and we also deeply value human relations, making the work process comfortable and interesting. Minimum bureaucracy and openness to new solutions that can improve the product will allow you to significantly influence the developed functionality.

Your role will be to:

  • Basic knowledge of software development methodologies and SDLC, as well as the role of QA in it (Iterative model (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall model (Waterfall))
  • Experience with test management tools (TMS) (Jira: Zephyr/Xray/TestRail or AzureDevOps: Test Plans)
  • Skills in writing test cases, bug reports, and test reports
  • Knowledge of database fundamentals and REST API basics
  • Proficiency in using SQL queries and API requests. Ability to use tools for testing web applications and interfaces (Postman, DBeaver (PostgreSQL), Chrome DevTools)
  • Experience working with programming languages (Python, JS/TS)
  • Experience working with test automation frameworks (Selenium/Playwright, Appium, Pytest)
  • Experience working with version control systems (GIT)
  • English level - Intermediate or higher
