Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the accurate processing of securities transactions;
  • Verify transaction data for accurate input into systems, and resolve any issues that come up during processing;
  • Set up, validate, and ensure the accurate charging and deduction of commissions from clients;
  • Verify the correctness of expirations, deliveries, and settlements of options;
  • Control and monitor errors and inconsistencies in submission and processing of the non-trading orders;
  • Collaborate with the reconciliation department to identify and correct potential errors or omissions in the bookkeeping of financial transactions;
  • Processing of orders, establishing transactions, and conversions;
  • Providing reports, clarifications on non-standard issues;
  • Adjustments/checks for current requests, transactions, clients, orders, and tools;
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of securities transaction settlements;
  • Coordinate with institutional clients and other departments on investigations, support non-standard setups and arrangements, and handle exceptions to standard transaction routines.
Required skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics;
  • Prior experience in financial services, preferably brokerage, custodial businesses, or financial departments, will be a strong plus;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with semi-automated spreadsheets;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data;
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus;
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on identifying and correcting discrepancies in financial transactions and processes;
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments (IT, Reconciliation, etc.);
  • Working command of Russian and English languages.
