Your ‘day to day’:
Business Performance Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of factors driving business performance.
  • Navigate commercial engine and consumer experience KPIs to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration with various functions and platforms, working closely with IT to deliver consumer-centric omnichannel digital solutions.
  • Drive growth by seamlessly integrating digital initiatives with overall business objectives.

Agility and Prioritization:

  • Exhibit agility in adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Prioritize and structure projects and activities effectively to maximize impact on business performance.

ROI Impact analysis:

  • Analyze and comprehend the ROI impact of digital initiatives.
  • Ensure accountability for budget expenses while maximizing returns on investment.

Solution Architecture:

  • Possess a solid understanding of solutions architecture to design efficient processes aligned with business and customer experience goals.
  • Implement innovative solutions that enhance the company's digital capabilities
  • Global & Regional collaboration, aligning digital capabilities development with global framework.
  • Driving market’s visibility, knowledge & experience in the various organizational levels


Who we’re looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience in digital solutions, preferably across diverse industry backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of business performance & commercial engine drivers, consumer experience KPIs
  • Track record of collaborating with development teams and proficiency in Agile processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating compelling presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding or skills in working with data would be an advantage;
  • Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and optimization of digital strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Exceptional project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consumer-centric digital solutions across various channels.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on digital solutions.
