Duties:

Be responsible for Core network technical support.
In charge of project(major project) implementation and technical plan reviewing. Technically guarantee finishing project or maintenance work to achieve good result.
Contact with Telecom operator engineering and maintenance dept customer(engineer and manager).
To acquire acknowledgement from customer through effective cooperation and guidance by using highly technical skill and experience.
Responsible for all aspects of technical support (integration, acceptance tests, tickets processing) of different types of equipment
Assist Core Network product line department in preparing any document related to pre-sales support

Requirements:

Good English or Chinese
Good Core Network technical skill and experience
Technical knowledge for Mobile Equipment and mobile networks.
Knowledge of various telecommunication protocols and technologies SS7 (SCCP, TCAP, MAP, CAP), diameter, sip protocol and etc.. Must be familiar with Windows, Linux, cloud, virtualization.
Technical problems troubleshooting remotely, provide on-site professional service support.
Experience requirement: More than 2 years’ experience in Core Network domain, it is better to have some career experience in other relatively vendor. Who has some experience in datacom is acceptable.
