Duties:

  • Commercial Service Strategy: Understand government and enterprise business market/service strategies, gain insight into regional/global business market service requirements and competitors' competition information, and interlock with business development partners' goals. Develop the partner service war map and differentiated partner development, partner capability building, ASC partner layout, and delivery and service support strategies.
  • Build a healthy business service partner circle (Service Ecosystem Building): Collaborate with the market to identify mainstream partners of business customers, continuously promote the capability improvement of the integrator circle through development, cultivation, support, and incentive methods and order management, and provide service solutions that meet customer requirements through business partners. Build a good communication platform through various circle activities to promote the achievement of business goals.
  • Partner service management: Support partners' key contract delivery and major network operations, manage the consistency of partners' services, ensure that the delivery quality meets customer requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Install Base Operation in the commercial market: Sort out installed base information in the commercial market, identify opportunities such as installed base maintenance contract renewal and equipment capacity expansion/replacement, and work with partners to expand installed base to improve maintenance coverage in the commercial market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Uzbek/English/Russian speaking;
  • Good communication skills for solution communication, key event value presentation to customer;
  • Skills for word/powerpoint/excel to make efficiency work;
  • Enterprise market project experience for ICT domain, with basic knowledge for WLAN/Campus Network/Datacenter/IT etc;
  • Ability Build relationships with internal & external stakeholders, Manage a team & flexible to travel all over office.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
  • Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
  • Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months
  • The working language is English.
  • Knowledge of spoken English is required. The interview held in English.
