1Fit is on the lookout for a seasoned Head of Human Resources who can guide our global HR initiatives as we expand across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, Central Asia, and Latin America. We need someone with a solid track record in managing HR functions in a multi-regional environment. You'll be pivotal in shaping our human resource strategy to align with the company’s strategic direction
Key Responsibilities:
— Craft and execute HR strategies that align with our big-picture business goals
— Manage and improve the bridge between our management and awesome team members, tackling any issues that pop up
— Take charge of recruiting and hiring, helping us grow with the right people
— Ensure all HR operations comply with legal standards across different regions while keeping things streamlined and efficient
— Foster a thriving work environment and keep our team engaged and motivated
— Oversee performance management systems that drive top-notch performance
— Keep an eye on HR budgets and plan expenditures
— Turn HR metrics into meaningful insights to guide decisions
— Offer strategic HR advice to the CEO
Qualifications:
— You've been around the block, with significant experience as an HR exec, especially in an international setting
— You have a deep understanding of all things HR, from compensation and benefits to employee relations and performance management
— You're skilled at navigating diverse cultural landscapes, particularly in our active regions: SEA, MENA, Central Asia, and LATAM
— You know labor laws like the back of your hand and are up to speed with HR best practices globally

Schedule: full-time Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00, office-based
