⠀Your ‘day to day’
- Develop, adjust, handle and maximize a network of communication & sales channels (B2B and B2C);
- Plan and coordinate all consumer & customer activities based on geo specifics, in line with brand engagement strategy and business priorities; set local KPIs and closely monitor performance.
- Establish and maintain effective relationship with the indirect channel (B2B) to provide defined consumer & customer services (e.g. Hostess activities, trade programs, tactical programs) for acquiring and maintaining consumers.
- Completely lead the Hostess project. Improve mechanics, approve matrix, track results, interact directly with markets and service providers.
- Ensure high level of internal partner service, managing relations, establishing effective collaboration across different org. levels to maintain focus on results.
- Organize platforms for discussing commercial activities.ies;
- Collect consumer insights to provide feedback for new channel developments, in-house/outsourced people requirements and programs or toolboxes adjustments.
- Assure effective deployment of toolboxes through visibility, trade engagement, consumer engagement.
- Drive the B2B & B2C digitalization in all channels by adopting frond-end solutions that will improve consumer and customer experience and efficiencies.
Who we’re looking for:
- Higher education (Marketing, Management, Trade Marketing).
- Experience in FMCG will be good.
- Trade Marketing experience from 2 years.
- Advanced MS Office user.
- Analytical & Negotiation skills.
- English – Upper Intermediate.
