Responsibilities:
- Process customers’ orders and payments (in the local systems and sending to Customer service dpt. And Warehouse for invoicing, follow-up on orders, track shipments and make sure the goods are delivered like requested and promised);
- Monitor shipments and report stock situation;
- Monitor, control and coordinate “picking lots” process between Customer service dpt. and Warehouse
- Carry out inventory counts and reporting;
- Maintain customers and commission profiles database;
- Perform administrative and clerical duties in support of effective Logistics operation;
- Handle product return for damaged/expired products as well as missing or surplus products;
- Organize and maintain the ordering, supply, warehousing and delivery process to ensure product availability ATP;
- Track products close to expiring at distributors and coordinate destruction and compensations or product replenishment to distributors;
- Process Credit Memos / Notes with explanation and support with proper documents.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably Economics);
- +1-year experience in Logistics;
- Strong computer skills: Windows, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat;
- Intermediate English;
- Good communication skills, open and honest;
- Service and results oriented.
- Accurate, attentive to the details.
