- Conduct assessments to identify organizational strengths and areas for development.
- Analyze data to inform organizational development strategies.
- Work on key metrics such as span of control and organizational depth.
- Analyze these metrics to ensure optimal organizational design and efficiency.
- Lead efforts to standardize job titles across the organization.
- Manage and oversee requests for changes to the organizational structure.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in organizational development; consulting experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with training design and delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of organizational development theories and best practices.
- Fluent English and Russian.
