Обязанности:
▪ Achieve all sales objectives: orders, revenue, and contribution margin, customer satisfaction & retention while staying within allocated base cost budget
▪ Manage all the operations in the assigned countries taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
▪ Manage the external relations in the country and interact with KOLs
▪ Produce business performance reports on a monthly basis
▪ Actively identify & drive boundary less selling opportunities within the assigned territory
▪ Attract, retain, train, and develop world-class distributors/commercial talents
▪ Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities. Provide on-going feedback to management, products and marketing
Требования:▪ Ability to lead growth vision and sales/marketing & operations strategy
▪ Team oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role
▪ Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of managing relationships within a complex matrix environment
▪ Excellent oral and written communications skills
▪ Strong analytical and process skills
▪ Influencing skills & ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
▪ English level as of B2 or Upper Intermediate (including medical terminology) is considered a must
▪ Knowledge of the local market in the assigned countries is essential
▪ Possess strong financial and business acumen
▪ Solution-oriented and process-driven
