What you will be doing:

• Negotiation of agreements and addendums, examination of contracts and risk identification.
• Review of incoming contracts for compliance with Russian legislation, cross-border transactions across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks, and preparation of comments and/or minutes of discrepancies.
• Preparation of legal opinions, notifications, statements, and references.
• Legal support of contracts concluded with foreign companies, control over compliance with international legislation applicable to such contracts.
• Preparation and coordination of international agreement drafts.
• Negotiating with foreign clients and counterparties.
• Advising on various legal issues in financial, economic and corporate matters and interaction with international law firms.

What is crucial for us to find in you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and a desire to grow in this area of expertise.
• A systematic approach to work.
• Being ready to work on a variety of legal cases.
• Ability to balance legal security with operational business necessity.
• English at least C1 (Spanish as an advantage), including Legal English skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Experience in international law (1-3 years PQE).
