Your day-to-day:

  • Oversee the execution of the IQOS consumers’ program, ensuring smooth customer experience in programs’ performance.

  • Manage inventory levels & logistics, coordination with third-party service

  • Develop and refine processes & activities to increase customer awareness, engagement, and lead-to-purchase conversion.

  • Monitor the performance of the programs, ensuring KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, return rates, customer satisfaction) are met. Implement quality checks to ensure all tools are in good condition.

  • Communicate programs’ updates, results, and challenges to upper management and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, digital and customer service teams to promote the programs and ensure consistency in messaging.

  • Management of digital HyperCare follow-up process and implement new changes in HyperCare.

  • Timely review and react to all appeals from Users.

  • Coordinate with IT to ensure the CRM system effectively tracks programs’ activity.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring smooth integration of program data into the customer database.

  • Train retail and customer care staff on the proper procedures for offering programs and engaging customers.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for staff when challenges arise in implementing the programs.

  • Proactively seek feedback from both customers and internal teams to identify areas for improving the programs.

  • Regularly update processes based on customer feedback and operational efficiencies.

  • Implement programs’ mechanic in other channels.

  • Ensure the programs adheres to company policies, legal regulations, and data privacy standards.

  • Mitigate risks by ensuring customers clearly understand the terms and conditions of borrowing.

Who we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following industries: FMCG, consumer electronics, financial services, technology, telecommunications, or marketing/research agency.
  • At least 1 year of experience in consumer insights and research.
    Proven ability to apply structured thinking and analytical methods to complex and ambiguous problems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to present and organize information concisely and logically.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple tasks, conflicting priorities, numerous stakeholders, and tight deadlines.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
