What will be my responsibilities?
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
- Responding to incoming client’s requests (info@, incoming calls and leads from current clients)
- Understanding and fixing client’s needs, offer solutions
- Discussion and internal coordination with the responsible partners and service line experts
- Preparation of proposals, presentations and other needed docs to win the client
- Active follow up procedures, responding to clients’ comments and additional questions regarding service lines and commercial offers
- KAM function (during set up procedure, ensure smooth transfer to Service Line)
- Entering client information into Bitrix for a proper fixation of client’s interaction with SG
- Participation in improving of internal procedures and documents (questionnaires, etc.)
What do I need to fit the job?
- 3 years industry experience (cosulting, outsorcing, other professional services)
- Upper-intermediate English, preferably German
- The strong selling, negotiation and inter-personal skills
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Able to work with multiple tasks
- Communicative and client-oriented
- Knowledge of the methods of identifying clients needs
- Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
- Courteous and professional behavior
