Main Purpose:
- To assist with development and winning of new business and support the growth of our Kazakhstan business unit.
- To develop personal capabilities within a sales and business development environment.
- Under the guidance of the Service Manager, develop a network across our client accounts by actively working with internal and external contacts to source new business opportunities.
- Be a key part of the Business Development Team in delivering increased revenue and margin.
Main Responsibilities:
- To help maintain and develop a sustainable revenue stream from all applicable sectors in Kazakhstan
- Assist the Service Manager to identify and secure sales opportunities across the region, supporting both operations and other regional BD personnel as required.
- Additional responsibilities may include working with the Service Manager and Operations Co-ordinators to secure, control and deliver projects from initial quote to final invoice throughout the life cycle of the project.

Essential:
- English - Fluent
- Results driven with a hunger to achieve and exceed targets (ability to demonstrate success in this a plus)
- A people person that has solid foundations to build on in managing relationships internally and externally, particularly partnerships
- Demonstrable experience in building and growing business relationships
- Ability to capture and use market intelligence to best commercial effect.
- Driving sales opportunities through to completion
- Interpersonal skills (communication & relationship management)
- Good presentation skills
- Competency to represent the company in written and verbal format
- Ability to manage business relationships at all levels.
- Self-starter with ability to lead and drive the business to profitability.

- Technical experience to support understanding of technical issues particularly inspection and lifting systems.
- Background in client growth and development.
