We're looking for a dynamic individual to drive growth at Mira Search!

Mira Search, a leading HR agency based in Dubai, is expanding our international team and seeking an experienced B2B professional to fill a combined Business Development and Sales Manager role. This position will focus on generating new business (cold outreach and lead generation) while also building strategic partnerships to fuel our global expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Close new client contracts through cold outreach and targeted inbound leads from scratch;
  • Onboard clients and maintain contact to build long-term relationships (quality first);
  • Develop and execute a strategic approach to target prospective clients, including self-generated leads;
  • Meet monthly targets with key performance metrics, including a minimum of three closed clients per month.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Russian and English (conversational B2 level higher);
  • Prior negotiations experience in IT, HR, outsourcing, or similar digital fields;
  • Proven track record of proactive client engagement, with confident and solution-oriented communication skills;
  • Open to candidates with diverse geographical backgrounds.
