We're looking for a passionate and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing startup team.

This is a fully remote position, operating within the Dubai time zone (GMT+4).

As an HR Generalist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, playing a critical role in building and supporting a thriving and engaged workforce. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be responsible for recruiting for multiple projects, and all HR cycle duties within startup company. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Talent Acquisition: manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
Employee relations: serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
Performance management: assist with the performance review process, providing support to managers and employees.
HR administration: manage employee records, maintain systems, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits: manage salary payments and bonuses, assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
Training & Development: identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Culture Building: contribute to building a positive and engaging company culture.
Reporting & Analytics: prepare HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

What we are looking for:

Experience: 1+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in startups.
Startup experience: prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
Language skills: fluency in both English and Russian is required.
Time zone: ability to work remotely within the Dubai Time Zone and standart Dubai schedule: 6/1. Saturday is particularly work day.
Communication skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal skills: strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Organizational skills: excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Problem-Solving skills: ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
Knowledge: thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
