Ifortex, a full-cycle software development company and an HTP resident, is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our team. We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals ready to learn and grow in the field of IT outsourcing. Requirements for Candidates:

Good spoken and written English (B2 and higher);

Proactivity, quick learning skills, analytical and result-oriented mindset;

High ability to search and collect a large amount of information;

Good analytical and multitasking abilities;

Interest in new technologies and basic understanding of the IT-sphere;

Higher education (or currently studying).
In the Junior Sales Manager position with us, you will be able to:
-
Learn the process of IT outsourcing lead generation in the market;
-
Create targeted contact groups based on the selected ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles);
-
Receive personal consultations and work closely with the company’s CEO;
-
Develop and optimize lead generation processes that align with business objectives;

Take an active role in determining campaign parameters, such as recognizing business requirements, defining the ICP, targeting key markets, and more;

Taking part in client negotiations after completing the probationary period.
