Requirements:

  • Graduate or post graduate degree in IT or Business Administration with substantial experience in business analysis in a corporate setting.
  • Experience in a relevant position for 2 years or more
  • Good communication skills, both speaking and writing in English is essential.
  • Good trouble shooting & analytical skills at technical and business level.
  • Able to find workable solutions for complex business requirements and problems.
  • Able to perform well under pressure, is customer focused and can deliver results against deadlines.
  • Good time management skills, ability to work well unsupervised/remotely, and with people of different cultures and professional backgrounds.
  • Ability to interact with all employees in the company from leadership to support staff.
  • Conducts business to a high ethical standard and complies with key company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Exposure or work history in the Oil and Gas or similar industry.
  • Participation in SAP implementation, upgrade or enhancement project is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 SAP Support for all SAP modules.
  • Troubleshoot issues and updating tickets in a timely manner.
  • Escalating complex issues to level 2 or 3 and following tickets to resolution.
  • Coordinate with different application vendors for integration with SAP.
  • Coordinate with respective SAP consultants for unit testing of new developments.
  • Testing of change request/bug fixes in quality system.
  • Training SAP Key users on routine tasks.
  • Updating knowledge management documentation.
  • Ticket monitoring activities.
