Requirements:
- Graduate or post graduate degree in IT or Business Administration with substantial experience in business analysis in a corporate setting.
- Experience in a relevant position for 2 years or more
- Good communication skills, both speaking and writing in English is essential.
- Good trouble shooting & analytical skills at technical and business level.
- Able to find workable solutions for complex business requirements and problems.
- Able to perform well under pressure, is customer focused and can deliver results against deadlines.
- Good time management skills, ability to work well unsupervised/remotely, and with people of different cultures and professional backgrounds.
- Ability to interact with all employees in the company from leadership to support staff.
- Conducts business to a high ethical standard and complies with key company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Exposure or work history in the Oil and Gas or similar industry.
- Participation in SAP implementation, upgrade or enhancement project is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 SAP Support for all SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot issues and updating tickets in a timely manner.
- Escalating complex issues to level 2 or 3 and following tickets to resolution.
- Coordinate with different application vendors for integration with SAP.
- Coordinate with respective SAP consultants for unit testing of new developments.
- Testing of change request/bug fixes in quality system.
- Training SAP Key users on routine tasks.
- Updating knowledge management documentation.
- Ticket monitoring activities.
