Webinar Assistant

We are currently looking for a Team Assistant/Event Manager for remote work.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting and moderating weekly webinars (every Thursday at 10-12 PM or 1-2 AM Moscow time). Your role will not involve hosting the webinars but will focus on supporting the entire process, including starting and ending the webinars, as well as assisting with participant interaction. You will be responsible for answering participant questions in the chat in writing during the webinar, ensuring the smooth operation of the webinar by checking technical aspects, and coordinating with other participants. No special technical skills are required from you, and there will be no complex technical tasks to perform.

We will consider your candidacy if you:

• Have a strong grasp of the English language (at least B2).

• Have a computer for working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, microphone, video camera, and stable Internet connection.

• Persevere through tasks.

• Can focus efficiently and multi-task several projects at the same time.

• Are able to complete tasks on time without procrastinating.

• Are a perfectionist in various aspects of life and a proactive approach.

Working hours (Moscow time zone):

• Thursday at either 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, 12:00 AM, 1:00 AM, or 2:00 AM (depending on the speaker) and lasts for 2–3 hours.

• A probationary period for three months.

• Salary - $10/hour
