The Events and Activities Team is in search of an experienced Event Specialist on Cyprus!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize corporate events, including conferences, team-building activities, and social gatherings
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines
- Handle on-site event setup, supervision, and problem-solving
- Support post-event evaluations and feedback collection
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging and impactful events
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in event planning, MICE, or a related field
- Proactive mindset with a desire to grow and develop event management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
- Flexibility and mobility to manage events across different locations
- English proficiency at B1–B2 level
- Based in Limassol or Paphos
