Project manager

What specialist we are looking for:

• 3+ years experience in Project Management roles in IT;

• Deep knowledge of best practices and efficient processes for managing rapidly growing engineering teams;

• Knowledge and understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban;

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical problems in digestible ways;

• Ability to build relationships within the team and with clients;

• Ability to plan software development, understand the dependencies of tasks, find the optimal way to solve;

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git and other tools;

• English language skills at B2+ and above.

Main tasks:

• Lead and manage software development from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines;
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team, including software engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements, set clear objectives, and define project plans.
• Keep on track all user documentation of the internally developed software platform tools;
• Align the development process within the team, ensuring smooth coordination and effective collaboration among team members;
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track;
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and facilitate effective communication and information sharing within the project team.
