Our requirements:

  • Higher legal education;
  • LLM degree (preferred);
  • Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects, ideally in an international or large national law firm;
  • Knowledge of labor, civil, tax, and administrative legislation in the field of PPP and energy, business ethics, and occupational health and safety regulations;
  • Knowledge of FIDIC contract models (preferred);
  • Knowledge of procurement legislation and dispute resolution mechanisms in infrastructure contracts (preferred);
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and standard forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC);
  • Extensive experience in O&M and EPC contracts, PPP structures, and project financing;
  • Deep understanding of project financing structures, risk allocation, and contract management in large-scale projects;
  • Thorough understanding of the legal framework governing infrastructure projects;
  • Strong academic background professional ethic;
  • Excellent skills in document drafting, negotiation, and analysis;
  • Ability to resolve various legal issues in a complex working environment;
  • Goal-oriented, high level of integrity, and high level;
  • Proactive and initiative-driven approaches;

  • Key personal traits: positive. initiative, punctuality, diligence, and commitment to the matter assigned;
  • Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English.

Your responsibilities:

  • Legal advice for clients in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, etc.;
  • Representing clients' interests in courts and government agencies;
  • Advising clients on various areas of law;
  • Providing advice on structuring, drafting, and negotiating O&M, EPC, concessions, and PPP contracts;
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating O&M and EPC contracts for large-scale infrastructure projects;
  • Preparing and reviewing supporting project documentation (e.g., service agreements, supply contracts, consortium agreements);
  • Providing legal advice for infrastructure development projects in sectors such as transport, energy, utilities, and social infrastructure;
  • Managing and coordinating legal aspects of complex transactions, from initiation to financial closure and implementation;
  • Advising on regulatory compliance and infrastructure development matters;
  • Managing due diligence processes for large-scale projects, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies;
  • Providing strategic recommendations on regulation, compliance, and commercial matters related to infrastructure transactions;
  • Close collaboration with partners, colleagues, and cross-functional teams on finance, corporate law, taxation, and other practice areas.
