Responsibilities:
- Administration of the archive of the legal department (client contracts, corporate documents, correspondence with clients, counterparties and government agencies etc).
- Distribution of the legal documents / correspondence to the required recipients.
- Checking for compliance (proof-reading) and correcting client agreements and other legal documents.
- Aiding in the preparation / translation of letters, legal documents (drafts of powers of attorney, simple claims, etc).
- Aiding in analysis of judicial practice preparation of legal opinions on civil, labor and other areas of law.
- Preparation of various visual materials needed for the department: ppt presentations, charts, alerts etc.
- Compilation / analysis of various data requested from the legal department, preparation and maintaining of tables.
- Administrative support of the legal team (support in preparation to the meetings, trainings, webcasts etc).
Required Education and experience:
- Law Decree (Bachelor or master’s graduation)
- Previous experience as the paralegal, assistant of the legal department is preferrable
- Previous experience in participating in legal conferences, moot courts, other public events are preferrable
Requirements and skills:
- Russian and Kazakh law proficiency.
- English – upper-intermediate.
- Motivation in developing in legal department.
