Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a Normative Documentation system – process setup and oversight, procedure, templates, coordinate documents development and validation, manage repository
- Develop Normative Documents upon the requests of internal customers
- Review and approve all Normative Documents
- Communication on changes and updates of Normative Documents
- Update NormDocs according to to-be process models
- Establish and update process register, maintain business process layer description aligned to structure, Normative documents, IT systems, Project&CR portfolio
- Contribute to processes change and optimization:
- Analyze processes, propose, assess and validate optimization solutions; propose metrics and indicators for process control
- Manage activities aiming at process optimization and automation though interviews, workshops and participation in projects in a methodologist/business analyst role
- Prepare Business Requirements documents and initiate change requests for automation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Higher technical or economic education
- 3-6 years experience in developing regulations and process description
- Business process optimization experience, knowledge and use of Lean tools
- System mindset, strong analytical skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets
