Here, at Keydev, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our PMO Department.
We are part of a large corporation, you will be working in a large distributed team.
What we want from you:
- Efficiently manage requirements: elicit and verify them, as well as support implementation and deployment;
- Designing object models, states, and transitions in collaboration with developers;
- Project artifacts creation (Vision & Scope, SRS, Use-Cases, etc.);
- Review the progress of work with developers and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with initial concepts;
- Participate in iterative development, providing feedback to developers and making changes to requirements as new needs are identified;
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations based on findings;
- Ensure that implemented features meet business objectives and contribute to measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Support stakeholders in understanding technical constraints and propose alternative solutions when needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role;
- B2+ English level, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to diverse stakeholders;
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices;
- Experience creating UI mockups and prototypes;
- Experience in producing all major types of artifacts: Vision and Scope documents, SRS;
- Experience in applying notations such as UML, BPMN, and Data Flow diagrams for documenting requirements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented;
- Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira);
- Demonstrated ability to think systematically and structure complex information clearly;
- Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in agile teams.
Nice To Have:
- Understanding of the principles of microservice architecture;
- Familiarity with API specifications, and an ability to describe system interactions in technical terms;
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools or SQL for querying and validating data;
- Understanding of cloud platforms, and their role in microservice ecosystems.
