Overview:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge in fintech, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to lead a team to success in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue goals and increase market share.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring progress.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strategies to expand our reach both domestically and internationally.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, focusing on long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously analyze and improve the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, closing, and customer retention.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports to the leadership team, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with fintech market trends, competitive offerings, and industry innovations, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Create and execute sales campaigns aimed at acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop pricing strategies and oversee contract negotiations to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proof experience at least 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the fintech, SaaS, or financial services industry.
  • A degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth, managing large sales teams, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of fintech products, market trends, and customer needs within the
  • financial services sector.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and coaching skills to inspire a sales team and encourage individual performance.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and clients.
  • Ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics to refine strategies.
