Warehouse Operations Responsible / Data Analyst

Maternity leave position

Responsibilities:

- Controlling daily stock situation and information flow between departments;

- Making monthly detailed warehouse reports;

- Responsible for reporting processes of Supply Chain group;

- Collect, summarize and update monthly/weekly/daily warehouse reports and analyses;

- Participate in all warehouse stock processes and budgeting activities of Company;

- Analyze/ understand production, warehouse and loading constraints and objectives;

- Follow up and reporting of company inventory with related subcontractors;

- Periodically follow up and report external warehouses information, status and expenses;

- Coordination with plants and HQ.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, logistics, supply chain management or related fields;

- Excellent analytical skills;

- Experience in warehouse operations monitoring is a plus;

- Upper Intermediate English;

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user;

- Knowledge of SAP and in particular SAP Logistics Modules (EWM/MM/PP/SD/APO) is a plus;

- Readiness to go on business trips;

- Flexible in solutions;

- Wide vision.
