Rust Developer Blockchain

We’re a Dubai-based team building a modular infrastructure for liquid restaking. Our tech team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate English speaking senior full-stack developer with a strong background in Rust and Web3 technologies, including Solana ecosystem.

Position Overview
We’re on the hunt for a remote, full-stack developer fluent in English with 5+ years of exp. in blockchain and software development + a strong enthusiasm for crypto. You will shape the core architecture, refine Web3 features, prioritize security, and craft essential modules. This role is pivotal in making our platform secure, scalable, and ready to thrive in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• design and develop scalable blockchain infrastructure for liquid staking
• build and maintain secure smart contracts in Rust (EVM+SVM)
• optimize the performance and security of staking and cross-chain interactions
• implement cross-chain communication protocols and integrations
• develop and enhance backend services to support blockchain operations
• collaborate with backend, frontend, and smart contract teams to ensure seamless system functionality
• conduct code audits, security reviews, and performance optimizations

Skills & Competencies

• strong proficiency in Rust and smart contract development (EVM+SVM)
• experience with Solana blockchain architecture and tools (e.g., Anchor framework)
• familiarity with Ethereum ecosystem, including bridges and cross-chain operations
• understanding of staking, liquid staking, and DeFi protocols
• proven track record of delivering production-grade blockchain solutions
• fluent English (C1+), proficiency in Russian will be a big bonus but not necessary

Also nice to have

• experience with cross-chain technologies like Wormhole or Allbridge
• knowledge of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices
• previous experience in omnichain or multi-chain project development
