As a Senior Product Analyst in our fintech company, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing financial products, and enhancing the overall user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists, to leverage data and analytics for product improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Data Analysis:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to financial products and user behavior.
- Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
2.Product Insights:
- Provide actionable insights derived from data analysis to inform product development and enhancement strategies.
- Monitor product performance, user engagement, and conversion funnels.
3.User Behavior Analysis:
- Understand user behavior through data analysis to improve user journeys and experiences.
- Segment users based on behavior and demographics to tailor product features.
4.A/B Testing and Experimentation:
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product features and user interfaces.
- Recommend improvements based on test results.
5.Competitive Analysis:
- Research and analyze competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Stay up-to-date with industry changes and innovations.
6.Data Visualization:
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and KPIs for stakeholders.
- Present findings to non-technical teams in a clear and understandable manner.
7.Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to integrate data-driven insights into the product development process.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
8.Documentation:
- Maintain documentation of analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Excellent skill in SQL is a must
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
- Several years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
- Strong statistical and analytical skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
