At the moment we are looking for a HVAC Field engineer for our client - an EPC / engineering Oil&Gas company.
HVAC Field Engineer is responsible for related HVAC Engineering works including drawing and specification, data calculations with applicable project specification and Russian standards.
Responsibilities:
- Development and review of HVAC design (P&ID, Air Flow Diagram) and Load Calculation according to Russian Regulation and standard Code;
- HVAC Load Calculation with applicable programs (aided program, e.g. E20-II, Ellite or other international acknowledged program);
- Take off HVAC bill of material (Duct sheet, refrigerant piping, support material etc.);
- Procurement work of material requisition, technical bid evaluation, vendor print check;
- Field Engineering (Field modification incorporated in HVAC drawing);
- Coordination of other relevant disciplines (e.g. Electrical load, Architectural Interface and etc.).
Requirements:
- Education: Specialist Diploma / Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Mechanical engineering or HVAC engineering;
- Languages: Reading, Writing and Speaking English with fluency;
- Previous experience: Over 3-year experience in EPC Project (Oil, Gas, Petrochemical Projects) in Russia.
Mandatory:
- Special knowledge and work experience in oil & gas plant project in Russia;
- Competency of understanding and implementation of Russian local regulations & international standards in HVAC design (including Russian Federation norms);
- Experience in Gas & Oil Projects no less than 5 years, or Experience in Petrochemical projects no less than 5 years;
- Skills: SCAD, AutoCAD, SP3D, E3D, NAVIS;
- Field engineer experience in EPC project.
Conditions:
- Workplace: Ust-Luga, Kinggisepp Region (at Site);
- Work hours: 40-hour 6-day working week;
- Fix-term Contract for 3 years with further prolongation;
