We’re looking for a proactive Card Issuing & Acquiring Product Manager (Fintech & Payment) to join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail and are passionate about ensuring operational excellence in the Fintech & Payment industry, we invite you to join Collect Group.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

a) Project Management:

  • Lead project planning and execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to stay on track.

b) Coordination and Planning:

Manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Finding and attracting new clients.

c)Relationship and Stakeholder Management:

Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, utilising different types of communication channels for daily interactions and updates.

d)Influencing and Negotiating:

Use strong communication skills to promote new initiatives and get buy-in from various stakeholders, leveraging PowerPoint for impactful presentations.

e) Fraud Prevention and Monitoring:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining fraud prevention measures.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with Entire Payment Cycle.
  • Develop and implement product strategies for card issuing and acquiring services, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and customer needs.
  • Understand and manage the entire payment cycle, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) checks, reconciliation, and fraud monitoring.
  • Oversee the dispute process for card transactions, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with Union Pay and industry guidelines.
  • Analyze and comprehend the business models of card issuing and acquiring, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Liaise with card schemes and other partners, managing relationships and ensuring compliance with their requirements.
  • Work independently on project timelines, managing multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity and urgency.
  • Stay abreast of API integration techniques and practices, ensuring seamless integration with third-party services and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to card issuing and acquiring in different jurisdictions staying updated on any changes in the regulatory landscape.
  • Handle product-related crises and work under stressful timelines, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resilience.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in the fintech or banking industry, with a strong focus on card issuing and acquiring.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end payment cycle, including regulatory checks (KYC, AML, PEP) and fraud monitoring.
  • Experience working with card schemes and a solid grasp of their operational and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of API integration processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape of card issuing and acquiring worldwide.
