The IT company Andersen invites a UX/UI Designer to work on a large-scale project for one of our customers from Saudi Arabia.
The customer is a debt-based crowdfunding platform in Saudi Arabia specializes in financing purchase orders for SMEs with government contracts. Licensed by the Saudi Central Bank and compliant with Sharia principles, it improves business cash flow and capital. The platform also offers a mobile app for easy management of financing and investments.
The project is focused on designing seamless user journeys, improving usability, and ensuring a positive user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and creating user personas to understand user needs and pain points.
- Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Creating aesthetically pleasing UI components, ensuring consistency in typography, colors, and layouts.
- Conducting usability testing, collecting feedback, and iterating on designs to enhance user experience.
- Working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Maintaining and improving design systems, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all digital platforms.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge is a plus).
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications for 2-5+ years.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with design systems, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to create responsive and accessible designs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with tools like Miro, InVision, or Zeplin.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with motion design, animation, or micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or mobile app design, fintech.
