Senior producer / Head of video production

MIRA Search is seeking a dynamic and highly creative Head of Video Production to create, manage and lead in-house video production team for the real estate company in Dubai.

In this role, you will act as a producer and be responsible for overseeing the entire video production lifecycle, from initial concept development to final delivery. You'll find and manage a talented team, ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with our brand and effectively meets the needs of various departments.

Responsibilities:

1) Lead, mentor, and manage the video production team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
2) Administer and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the video production department. Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.
3) Oversee the complete video production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
4) Directly contribute to video production as a motion editor, with understanding on technical specifications.
5) Organize and coordinate all aspects of the shoot process, including scheduling, location scouting, and site preparation.
6) Ensure that camera crews arrive on set with the necessary equipment and resources.
7) Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent visual style and branding for all company video content. Stay abreast of current video production techniques and technologies.
8) Analyze competitor video content and monitor emerging trends in advertising and social media.
9) Proactively generate fresh and innovative video content ideas for marketing campaigns and social media.
10) Work closely with video editors, providing clear technical direction.
11) Ensure brand consistency with creative inputs
12) Fulfill video production requests from various internal departments, adapting content to meet specific objectives and target audiences.
13) Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of freelance vendors, including on-screen talent, videographers, photographers, and other specialized production resources.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing video production teams and projects.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate business objectives into engaging video content.
• Deep understanding of current video production trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Fluency in both Russian and English, with experience organizing shoots in both languages.
• Experience and deep understanding of motion graphics and post production.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
