Working with large-scale data, the company employs cutting-edge models, including proprietary AI solutions, fine-tuned LLMs, and third-party integrations. Key areas of expertise include PDF processing, NLP, fact extraction, chatbots, recommendation systems, and user analytics.
The company is currently looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join their team. Since their headquarters are in Canada, a candidate will be required to be available for company team meetings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. CET.
What would you be doing:
- Building and optimizing ML models for tasks such as document recognition, NLP, and recommendation systems.
- Developing and maintaining AI/ML pipelines, covering data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, training, and deployment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Researching and experimenting with state-of-the-art ML techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring AI models operate efficiently at scale and can handle large datasets and real-time processing.
- Continuously monitoring, evaluating, and refining deployed models while adhering to AI ethics, data privacy, and security standards.
What We're Looking for in a Candidate:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Data Science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research (preferred).
- Proficiency in Python (specifically PyTorch) and other AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and/or computer vision techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML workloads.
- Familiarity with MLOps best practices (monitoring, versioning, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
