Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all HR functions, ensuring efficient processes and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for People Communication and HR brand development.
- Develop and maintain a strong corporate culture to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Design and implement training and career development programs to support employee growth.
- Standardize and optimize HR processes while monitoring market trends to improve the company's compensation and benefits package.
- Enhance HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Foster effective internal communications and employee relations.
Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR position.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, including talent development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in leading HR teams and driving organizational growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset and a strategic approach to HR management.
- English and Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
