• Preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Interpretation and application of IFRS standards in the practical activities of the company.

• Conducting analysis of financial information, forming conclusions and recommendations for management.

• Interaction with various departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the provided data.

• Participation in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies in the area of accounting and reporting.

• Preparation of functional requirements and technical specifications for the automation of accounting and reporting processes.

• Participation in projects aimed at improving business processes and enhancing the efficiency of the department.

• Supporting the team on IFRS-related issues and providing consultations on complex accounting matters.

• Experience working with IFRS in finance or accounting for at least 4 years.

• Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and their application.

• Ability to interpret and apply standards in practical activities.

• Knowledge of European legislation in accounting and taxation.

• Ability to analyze financial information and draw conclusions.

• Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics.

• Ability to work in a team and interact with various departments.

• No fear of asking many clarifying questions.

• Ability to work with large amounts of information and meet deadlines.

• Desire for continuous professional development and updating knowledge in the field of IFRS.

• Willingness to develop competencies in business analysis.

• At least Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in preparing functional requirements or technical specifications for automation.

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA).

• Additional education in the field of IFRS.

• Ability to express processes in diagrams.

• Experience working in international companies.
