To grow the company, we need in our team, an energetic and professional business development manager who will be engaged in:

  • Finding B2B clients
  • Conducting calls and meetings
  • Presenting online payment products
  • Maintaining internal reporting on client status
  • Closing contracts and managing them (collecting documents, filling out forms, and guiding the client through compliance checks)

What skills are required?

  • Experience with search engines and online resources (quality data collection and processing for B2B clients)
  • Experience with cold calls and reaching decision-makers (B2B)
  • Experience with objection handling and identifying client needs in the B2B segment
  • Experience with "complex" products – sales in highly competitive markets (e-commerce projects, telecommunications, IT solutions, electronic document management systems, CRM systems, and other business products)
  • Openness to dialogue with both clients and colleagues
  • Ability to hold a conversation of any complexity and manage the central topics of the discussion
  • Willingness to engage in a lot of live communication (meetings and presentations)
  • Attention to detail
  • Accountability
  • Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher (both written and spoken), fluent in Russian, proficiency in Kazakh is an asset
