Responsibilities:
- Sending correspondence and documents.
- Managing and maintaining the CEO’s calendar.
- Organizing the shipment of medications.
- Searching for accommodation and arranging rentals.
- Finding and purchasing tickets.
- Preparing and assisting during business trips.
- Selecting wardrobe, finding stores, and ordering clothing.
- Handling personal errands.
- Conducting research on various requests.
- Using task planners and automation tools, including ChatGPT.
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian language skills (spoken and written).
- Conversational English level B2 or higher.
- Availability to work evening and night hours according to U.S. time zones.
- Higher education.
- A valid international passport and willingness to travel for business trips.
- Experience in an administrative or organizational role.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain ethical standards.
