Responsibilities
Process Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive workflows to develop and deliver high-quality, engaging outputs that meet campaign objectives.
- Ensure alignment with stakeholder goals and maintain consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor the execution of campaigns, overseeing both internal staff and external contractors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets, maintaining a focus on excellence in delivery.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead a team of 10+ marketing communications managers fostering a culture of continuous improvement, optimizing workflows, and enhancing team performance to meet and exceed campaign goals.
Vendor and Contractor Management
- Handle contractor and vendor selection, conducting thorough research and coordinating tenders in link with Production department and Traffic Management department.
- Establish and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure high-quality services at competitive rates.
Annual Planning and Budgeting
- Build and manage annual planning and budgeting processes, aligning financial resources with strategic goals.
- Track and report on budget performance, identifying areas for optimization and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- University degree in marketing, advertising, economics.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing communications or creative agencies as a account director, group account director or similar position.
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate the end to end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- A well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- English level C1 or higher is required
