We are Tibbo Systems - an accredited IT software product company leading in software solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), IT infrastructure management, industrial and building automation, remote monitoring and service, physical access control, and data center management.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team!

Our Head of Marketing is a business-oriented member of the Leadership Team, bringing marketing expertise and own vision to all discussions.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, managing and executing the marketing strategy to help the business achieve its goals

  • Market research for potential new markets and growth opportunities

  • Analysis of marketing ROI and development of cost-effective solutions

  • Demand generation to attract MQLs and drive pipeline growth

  • Building brand awareness and recognition through digital and event marketing, communicating with leading research and advisory companies

  • Introducing marketing KPI monitoring to align marketing performance with sales goals

  • Managing marketing budget closely pegged to sales results

  • Proactively leading all necessary changes articulating what a successful marketing team looks like (including people, functions, processes, and technology)

  • Growing and grooming user (low code developer) community together with support and service team

  • Planning and implementing joint marketing activities together with channel and technology partners

  • Ensuring collection and effective distribution of successful case studies and other marketing collateral

  • Defining and executing product marketing strategy in close cooperation with R&D team

  • Preparing high-quality and comprehensive sales-aids materials

  • Participating in government-initiated IT industry initiatives and other marketing-related GR activities

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in fast-growing B2B software/SaaS vendor companies

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, event marketing, demand generation, and branding

  • Proven track record in driving lead generation through digital channels

  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills

  • Ability to distinguish customers and users, and to translate “product capabilities” into “business benefits”

  • Excellent tech writing and communications skills with the ability to convey our marketing messages in a clear way

  • Willingness to work in a lifelong learning environment and share your expertise, as well as become a part of a worldwide growth story

Would be a plus:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science

  • Excellent understanding of the IoT platforms market and its competitive landscape

  • Good understanding of software development processes and tools, and, particularly, low-code/no-code development

  • Ability to handle stress, meet deadlines, and target for specific business results
