Right now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) – a strategic leader who will not only drive active sales but also manage core business processes, lead a team of sales hunters, and make key decisions for scaling their unit within the company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing business strategies to expand our market presence and revenue growth.

  • Managing a team of high-performing sales hunters, setting goals, and ensuring execution.

  • Building and optimizing sales processes to maximize efficiency and deal flow.

  • Negotiating high-value contracts with international partners, primarily via social media and direct outreach.

  • Strengthening the company’s presence in the gaming industry, enhancing both corporate and personal branding.

  • Analyzing market trends, game performance, and investment opportunities to make data-driven decisions.

  • Driving international expansion efforts, including business trips and potential relocations.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and leading sales teams to success.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership of a business unit.

  • Experience in gaming, IT, or tech-related industries is a plus.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).

  • Ambitious, proactive, and ready to scale operations at lightning speed.
