Right now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) – a strategic leader who will not only drive active sales but also manage core business processes, lead a team of sales hunters, and make key decisions for scaling their unit within the company.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing and executing business strategies to expand our market presence and revenue growth.

Managing a team of high-performing sales hunters, setting goals, and ensuring execution.

Building and optimizing sales processes to maximize efficiency and deal flow.

Negotiating high-value contracts with international partners, primarily via social media and direct outreach.

Strengthening the company’s presence in the gaming industry, enhancing both corporate and personal branding.

Analyzing market trends, game performance, and investment opportunities to make data-driven decisions.

Driving international expansion efforts, including business trips and potential relocations.
Who We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals and leading sales teams to success.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership of a business unit.

Experience in gaming, IT, or tech-related industries is a plus.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).

Ambitious, proactive, and ready to scale operations at lightning speed.
