We are seeking a versatile and proactive Marketing Generalist to join our dynamic team.
Job description
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline for the sales team.
- Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, X and Facebook
- Outreach Strategies: Design and execute cold outreach campaigns, including crafting compelling messages and utilizing appropriate channels to engage potential clients.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and features, and maintain ongoing communication with our client base.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media content, aligning with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and enhance our social media presence, ensuring consistent posting of relevant content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using Posthog, Pipedrive and others, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation, contributing to the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support company goals.
Qualifications
You have:
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the B2B SaaS or fintech industry.
- Highly preferred:
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics and email marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.
Will be a plus:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field will be a plus.
